12cuc Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Rules & Policies

1 Definitions and General Provisions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions have the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 12cuc website accessible via 12cuc.net and all associated mobile applications.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account and been accepted as a user of the 12cuc platform.
• "Account" is the personal account registered by a Member to access the services provided by the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Betting" refers to any form of betting or gaming activity conducted through the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or other incentives granted by the Platform to Members in accordance with the specified terms.

12cuc reserves the right to interpret any provision within these terms, and such interpretation is final and binding on all parties. This Platform operates in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates.

These Terms and Conditions are a living document and may be updated from time to time. It is the Member's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 12cuc platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and each time the platform is used.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country or territory where online betting is prohibited by local law.
• Not currently on any gaming exclusion list enforced by any relevant authority.
• Registering as an individual — not on behalf of a company, partnership, or other business entity.

12cuc reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Member is found to have registered using false age information or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Platform reserves the right to close that account immediately and forfeit any balance or winnings accumulated in it.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the 12cuc platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. The information required includes:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number
• A valid and actively used email address
• Accurate date of birth
• A strong and unique password

The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents for KYC verification include MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or other official identification documents approved by the Platform. This verification process is typically completed within 24 working hours.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 12cuc will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

12cuc supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods to simplify your deposit and withdrawal process. All financial transactions are processed through systems protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure full security.

Deposit: Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Supported deposit methods include FPX from all major Malaysia banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE, direct bank transfer, and USDT. 12cuc charges no fees for any deposit transaction.

Withdrawal: Approved withdrawal requests will be credited to your preferred bank account or eWallet within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same Member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• 12cuc reserves the right to request additional documents for security verification purposes before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.

If any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected in connection with a transaction, 12cuc reserves the right to suspend or cancel that withdrawal request until the investigation is completed.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

12cuc offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Automatically credited once the first deposit meets the minimum required amount. Subject to a 5x rollover requirement within 7 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on total net losses within a one-week period. Credited every Monday and subject to a 1x rollover requirement.
• Free Bet: Can only be used on the markets or games specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings from free bets are subject to the stated rollover requirements.
• VIP Bonus: Awarded to members who meet the requirements of a specific VIP tier. Specific terms for each VIP tier are outlined in the 12cuc rewards program document.

12cuc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including arbitrage betting or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

6 Wagering and Game Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the 12cuc platform are subject to the following rules. These rules are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all members.

• The results of all games and wagers are final once confirmed by the 12cuc system. No appeals will be accepted based solely on a Member's subjective judgment.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game or wager, 12cuc will review the system logs to determine the valid result. Decisions made by the 12cuc technical team are final.
• Bets placed after the actual result of an event is known (late betting) are invalid and will be voided without payout.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as displayed on each market or game. 12cuc reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or other unusual circumstances are invalid and subject to cancellation.
• Members are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, or other unfair methods to gain an advantage in games.

12cuc uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all online casino games to ensure fully random and unbiased outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each Slot game can be checked in the respective game information.

7 Account Security and Protection

Member account security is a top priority at 12cuc. Our platform uses the latest 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data and transactions. However, your account security also depends on your own actions.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website. A strong password contains at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Report immediately to the 12cuc support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

12cuc will never ask for your password via email, text message, or live chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 12cuc requesting such sensitive information, please report it to our security team immediately as it may be a phishing attempt.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

12cuc reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving the account.
• Owning multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus or promotion system.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other members.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 12cuc customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, any remaining balance in the account (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the Member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimers

12cuc provides the platform with best efforts to ensure optimal availability and performance. However, the Platform makes no guarantees regarding the following:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or issues beyond 12cuc's control.
• The accuracy of information provided by third parties, including sports statistics and real-time market data.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages suffered by a Member as a result of using the Platform.

12cuc's total liability to any Member under any circumstances is limited to the balance amount in that Member's account at the time the claim is made. 12cuc will not be held responsible for any financial loss or other damages exceeding that amount.

Members acknowledge that betting and casino games carry real financial risk. The decision to play is entirely the Member's personal choice, and 12cuc is not responsible for any financial or personal consequences arising from such betting activity.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

12cuc reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The latest update date will be displayed at the top of this document.

It is the Member's responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the 12cuc platform after any amendments are published will be considered the Member's acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 12cuc operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by the Platform.
